Dr. Richard A. Luck began his practice in the year 2000 at Inwood, Long Island. He built up a local practice which included the Rockaways and the “5 Towns” villages. In 2011, he moved his practice to a brand-new, larger office equip with the latest in ophthalmology and eye care technology.

Dr. Richard A. Luck has 17 years of experience in general ophthalmology. He received his medical education from the New York Institute of Technology, New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association.
